Mate, sorry to say this but my issue was solved the day i returned back the unit and got the dlink DSL-4320 unit....  had the old unit replaced twice with no sucess... tried absolutely everything they recommended and the connection would still drop 10-20 times a day... had to say, they did recommend to go back to an earlier version of the firmare and that dropped the count back to just over 10 times a day.
